    O2 100% Mobile is a great new way for you to try and buy mobile games. O2 100% Mobile gives you more information about each game including what other people think about it. There are lots of ways to get mobile games on O2 100% Mobile: You can play a free demo of some games or choose from the different payment options for example now you can rent or subscribe to games.

  • How much does it cost?

    To browse O2 100% Mobile you will be charged at your standard O2 data rate. However game downloads and any connections you make from within the game are completely free of charge. So the only costs for playing the game is the price shown on the portal or in the game. Costs are dependent on what payment option you select.

  • What games will work on my phone?

    All the games you can see when browsing the O2 100% Mobile portal are available for your phone. We won't show you anything that's not available for you so you can download and play with complete confidence.

  • How does Try Before You Buy work?

    If you select Try Before You Buy you will be able to download and play the game for free. You will be given a limited number of minutes to play the game so you can try it out. Once your trial time limit is up, you can then choose if and how you'd like to pay for more play. You don't need to download the game again, simply select the payment options from within the game. You can only download in Try Before You Buy mode once for each game. O2 100% Mobile may also limit how many different Try Before You Buy games you download on a monthly basis. This may vary month by month depending on promotions but it will no fewer than one Try Before You Buy game per month.

  • How do I buy a game?

    On the portal you can select your preferred payment option and then download the game. You will then confirm your preferred purchase option from the range of options presented to you when you start the game on your phone. Different games have different price offers, and the range of payment options available per game may change from time to time.

  • How does game subscription work?

    You can subscribe to a game on a monthly basis. You get continuous access to the game until you choose to cancel your subscription. A recurring charge will be deducted each month that the subscription is still running. You can cancel the subscription at anytime. There are three ways to cancel a subscription. 1) from My Account within the game; 2) from My Account on the O2 100% Mobile portal, or 3) by sending STOP to XXXXX. Since subscriptions run for whole months, you can play the game after you cancel the subscription - the last day you can play will depend on when you started your subscription. Even if you cancel the subscription the game stays on your phone and you can restart the subscription again later or choose another payment option from within the game.

  • What does rental mean?

    If you select the rental payment option you will have access to the game for 24 hours. You can start and end the game as many times as you wish within this 24 hour period. If you want to carry on playing the game after the 24 hour rental period has come to an end you can select to rent again or select from one of the other payment options listed in the game.

  • What does Pay Per Play mean?

    If you select the Pay Per Play option you will be charged 25p to play the game once. You are paying to play the game for a single session. If you end the game and then want to play again later you will need to select another Pay Per Play session or select from one of the other payment options listed in the game.

  • What do I do if a game download fails?

    Just go back to the O2 100% Mobile portal and download the game again at no charge. You will find the game listed in My Account accessible on any page on O2 100% Mobile, so you don't need to find it again anywhere else.

  • My phone says not enough memory for the game

    A game takes up memory space on your phone. If you get this message you will need to delete some files from your phone so that there is enough room to download your new game. You can delete old games or photos etc anything to free up the memory on your phone. Some phones will prompt you for what to delete and automatically restart the download; on some handsets you may need to delete something and then try the download again yourself. Please note: if you delete files you will not be able to get them back. However if you delete a game you have bought from O2 100% Mobile you will be able to download it again for free.

  • I can't find the game I downloaded on my handset

    Different phones save downloaded games in different locations on your phone. Consult your user manual to find out where your phone stores Java games. Alternatively go to the main menu on your phone and look in menu places like Games, Applications, Entertainment and see if your game has been saved there. Your game will always be saved in the same place.

  • If I delete a game can I download it again?

    Yes and it doesn't cost anything. Just go to My Account, accessible on any page on the O2 100% Mobile portal and you'll find all the games you've downloaded from O2 100% Mobile listed there. You can re-download as many times as you like.

  • What happens if I get a new phone?

    If your new phone is supported by O2 100% Mobile and you haven't changed your carrier or phone number, any games you have downloaded will be available in My Account on O2 100% Mobile and you can download them again for free on your new phone.

  • Can I keep the game forever?

    If you select the £5 or £3 payment options you are buying the game using the outright purchase option. This means you own the game and keep the game on your phone forever. If you delete the game you can still download it again for free.

  • How do I contact customer support?
